Amendments of Free Baggage Allowance
Effective April 01, 2009, the free baggage allowance for economy class shall be amended from 32 kg (70 lbs.) to 23 kg (50 lbs.) for specific routes governed under the Piece system (refer to "2. Applicable Flights").
Checked baggage exceeding 23 kg (50 lbs.) and under 32 kg (70 lbs.) will be subject to an extra charge of JPY5,000 or USD50.00 per piece. Your understanding and cooperation on this matter is highly appreciated.

Economy class Free Baggage Allowance
- Piece:2pieces
- Weight:Each piece must not weigh more than 23kg (50lbs.).
- Size:
The total linear dimensions for each piece of baggage shall not exceed 158 cm
(62 in) derived by adding the height, width and length).
Furthermore, the sum of the linear dimensions of two pieces must not exceed
273 cm (107 in.). - Note: Some exceptions may apply for code-share flights operated by other carrier.
For infants not entitled to a seat
- 1 checked baggage with total linear dimensions not exceeding 115cm (45in.),

Weight:total weight not exceeding 10kg (22lbs.) - 1 fully collapsible stroller/pushchair or infant's carrying basket or child seat.
Carry-on Baggage
- Please limit your carry-on baggage to 1 piece.
Carry-on baggage should be limited to one piece with linear dimensions not exceeding 115cm (45in.) in addition to such personal effects for in cabin use as handbag, camera, etc. Total weight of the such articles should not exceed 10kg (22lbs.). - Please stow your baggage properly under the seat or in overhead storage bin.
- Please check-in any oversize or overweight baggage at the counter. For safety reasons, any baggage exceeding the aforementioned carry-on allowance or any baggage which can not be stowed properly due to limit of cabin stowage capacity will be stowed in a cargo compartment after being handled as checked baggage at the gate or in the cabin.
- Passengers are requested to minimize the carry-on baggage to a minimum so as to facilitate the passenger flow through security check.
